Update #12 Shipment updates of TripPal

Dear backers,

Thank you for all the comments and messages about our program in Kickstarters. Our team is making progress in shipping all the TripPal Pillows to all over the world. 

Fortunately, we successfully sent TripPals to most of the backers. 

Since the epidemic has delayed everyone for a long time, we are also feeling guilty. So we decided to give a re-shipment to the backer who did not receive the TripPal pillow. I hope this solution can compensate the backers who have received any.

But lately, our customer services had some backers reported that the tracking number is invalid, stuck at the post office can't receive anything. 

If your Tracking URL is invalid, couldn't reach out to the post office to get your package, please fulfilled the google form.

We triumphantly possess reached the final shipment of about 173 TripPal. Most of the backers have got our TripPal, which others are on their way. It has reached the final stage of our shipment. Thank you for your patience and kindness for us during this challenging moment.

Dear all TripPal backers:

We are all aware of the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), which was recently declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, and the President and Governor have declared a national and state emergency, respectively. Although the situation continues to evolve rapidly, TripPal Team remains fully committed to pursuing the completion of our work in a safe, diligent, and reasonable manner under the current circumstances. We must recognize, however, there is a strong likelihood that we will encounter inevitable delays as a result of this pandemic.

We anticipate our work will be delayed, and the

cumulative effect of this outbreak will negatively impact our productivity. At this time, it is not possible to quantify the delay or compute

the impact costs.

Recently, as the epidemic is getting better, we have also begun to ship a large number of shipments. We have sent more than 700 backers in the United States. Please be assured of us. We will gradually ship. If you receive FedEx tracking number in the pending backers, please wait for a while, please believe that they will ship because we also paid them to send them to you. Thank you for your support and patience during this time. We have also worked very hard to complete our work.

We will continue to inform you about TripPal pillow of these delays and their effect on

April Delay Shipment

Dear TripPal backers,

Here's an update about April shipment, we our best effort to deliver all the Trippal pillow to you now The COVID-19 outbreak is something we can’t predict, it suspends our shipping schedule.

According to our logistics company feedback, only a few of international flights are not canceled. On account of the aircraft that are now occurring used to transport COVID-19 medical supplies though our delivering team are strives to provide other express methods. We have no choice but to put off a shipment in April. Please accept our apologies, particularly for backers who can’t wait to test and try out their TripPal.

Please rest assured that we will go on with to monitor the circumstance closely. We will offer further shipping information in the coming Trippal updates. Feel free to send over your problems via Kickstarter message, our team will solve your problem very patiently.
