Our campaign broke $290,670, Holy wow!

FIRST OFF, THANK YOU!

Thank you for helping bring the innovative TripPal pillow to life. It’s your support, constant feedback and suggestions that have shaped the products we just launched. We're incredibly lucky and grateful to be in this position, and you all are the best damn customers we could ever ask for. Your support allows us to continue marching forward. Your feedback steers the direction we march. And, your enthusiasm and passion make us stoked to come to work every day. So, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Now that the project is funded, what happens?

Waiting for credit cards to actually clear. A lot of people are charged when the campaign is funded, but some transactions and pledges fail to charge. For those whose payments are pending, please fix your credit card information ASAP. This may have occurred from an expired credit card or other validity issues. You need to talk to your bank about this processing issue. We cannot help with this. Otherwise, try to use a different card. If you were a first-backer and you don’t square up any errors, the Kickstarter system will exclude you from the campaign.

If you want to cancel your pledge because of size issues, you can cancel and your money will be refunded to your account.

A shipping survey will be sent out in 3-4 weeks. You will get an email that requests you to fill in your shipping and size information (shipping address, name, phone number, etc.) We recommend completing your survey when you receive it because we cannot ship without your address. This means that if you were an early bird backer but you fail to fill out the survey, you will not get your TripPal pillow early. Please check the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. The survey will be sent there.

What follows are the next steps for the TripPal..as well as some inside information about where things stand.

Begin Production

The end of the campaign is just the beginning. In order to deliver the TripPal pillow in time to all backers, we have ordered enough raw materials to produce 7000 pieces of TripPal pillows so that we could begin mass production immediately. We mentioned in the update#2 that the trial production is conductive, we were Investing 3 more sets of tooling in order to fulfill the pledge as promised for Kickstarter backers.

Estimate Date Of Shipping

We are currently in contact with some logistics companies to double back on our promise to ensure that our backers will receive the TripPal pillow on time – by the end of February. This has been our promise all along and we intend to keep it.

This has been such an incredible journey on Kickstarter, we are funded with $784,80! We’ve had some ups and downs throughout this entire process, but definitely worth it. We are going to share with you very good news, the test result on the first production trial is all positive.

Thanks to YOU we were able to hit our goal of $9,000 in less than 48 hours! But we're not done yet. With 28 days left, we still have big plans for our campaign.

TripPal Moulding is Done

Before launching the campaign, our TripPal team has been working with our manufacturer for over 16 months. The first batches of trial production are in the progress. After the trial productions are done then we will send samples to the QC center for quality tests.

Besides that, we are considering Investing 3 more sets of tooling in order to fulfill the pledge as promised for Kickstarter backers.
