Hey backers,

As we promise we have sent out the first batch of rewards - 2000 pcs last week. Some of the backers should receive the notification from Backerkit so please check your email inbox, to the backers who haven't received the notification please be patient we keep sending out the rewards and we will send out all the rewards in Mar. Any feedback, please leave a comment below and we will keep you update.

Delay - March Shipping

Hello Trippal Pillow backers

We sincerely apologize for the delayed shipping. We really wish we could have started delivering sooner. 

Chinese New Year began Saturday, January 25th, 2020. Typically, our manufacturing partners’ offices and factories close for about three working weeks, allowing workers time to travel back home to spend the holiday with their families. The half materials are in the stock, our factories are firing up again, but many workers are short supply, the production is limited.

Thanks for your patience backers! We will keep you posted with new shipping information.

Thanks for your patience and continued support. The surveys have been sent. Please check the inbox of the email which is connected to your Kickstarter account and fill in your shipping information and pillow size.

Before filling out your survey, please measure your neck circumference first:

.Get a string or measuring tape

.Wrap it around your neck and mark the joining end

.Note the length and refer to our size chart

You can change your size pick up until Jan 25th. If you have already filled out the survey but want to change, you can. You can do this by logging into your Backerkit survey.
